1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Impactible Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://impactible.com/terms-conditions/ on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.
2. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER:
Impactible can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, strategies or services. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content indicates a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstances.
These policies and procedures apply to all Impactible products or services sold on this site or any other site owned by Impactible that includes a link to this page.

3. PROJECTS
Quotes will be provided for larger projects including, but not limited to, new website builds, website rebuilds, or large multi-faceted graphic design projects. A 50% deposit will be due upon acceptance of the quote in order to proceed with the project. The final 50% will be due upon completion of the project and assets built for the customer will not be released until the final payment is received.
4. HOURLY SERVICES
Specific services offered by Impactible are billed on an hourly basis. These include, but are not limited to, custom coding and development of plugins or themes. The standard hourly rate for these services is $125 per hour.
5. RECURRING SERVICES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
5.1. Description of Service
Impactible provides users with access to a collection of resources, including various tools, training materials, and educational content through its network of properties which may be accessed through any medium or device now known or hereafter developed (the “Service”). You also understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Impactible to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from Impactible, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and newsletter(s), and that these communications are considered part of your membership. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new Impactible properties, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. You understand and agree that the Service is provided “AS-IS” and that Impactible assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
5.2 Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Impactible has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Impactible has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
5.3 Member Account, Password, and Security
You will create a password and account designation upon completing the recurring Service’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Impactible of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Impactible cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.3.
5.4 Payment and Renewal
- General Terms
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Impactible the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are not refundable. - Automatic Renewal
Unless you notify Impactible before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by reaching out to our support team.
5.5 Services
- Fees; Payment
By signing up for a membership account you agree to pay Impactible the applicable setup fees and recurring fees. Applicable fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established and in advance of using such services. Impactible reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Services can be canceled by you at any time by clicking the link on your Profile page, or submitting written notice to Impactible. - Support
“Support” means the ability to make requests for technical support assistance via email at [email protected] at any time (with reasonable efforts by Impactible to respond within 3-5 business days) concerning the use of the Impactible Services. All support will be provided in accordance with Impactible standard services practices, procedures and policies.
6. DISCLAIMER
The materials on Impactible web site are provided “as is”. Impactible makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Impactible does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
7. LIMITATIONS
In no event shall Impactible or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Impactible’ Internet site, even if Impactible or a Impactible authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
8. REVISIONS & ERRATA
The materials appearing on Impactible’ web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Impactible does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Impactible may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Impactible does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
9. LINKS
Impactible has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Impactible of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.
10. YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Impactible Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Impactible may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS & COMMUNITIES
We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.
- Keep it respectful
Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Members of any Impactible moderated group are involved to learn and benefit from Impactible services, so anything violating that will be removed. - No pitching to a group
We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads. - No gated content
Content posted in any group cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you need a feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view. - Respect confidentiality
Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only. - Keep it on topic
We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content. - Partnering with other members
Access to this group does not mean that Impactible endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence if partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy. - Report posts that are breaking group policies
Due to the large amount of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manger directly via private message so our team can review them. - Breaking the rules
Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that the Impactible, including but not limited to Impactible Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Impactible Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Impactible and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Impactible Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Impactible Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Impactible. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Impactible Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Impactible brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Impactible and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Impactible products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Impactible brand at any time without notice. In no event will Impactible be liable for making these changes. Impactible may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Impactible services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to Impactible (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Impactible and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF IMPACTIBLE, EXCEPT FOR USE OF IMPACTIBLE AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
Impactible, the Impactible logo, other Impactible trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Impactible are trademarks or registered trademarks of Impactible in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Impactible Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
Personal Checks
- All returned check will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
- Counter checks will not be accepted.
- Checks and money orders must be sent in US funds.
